2. FEDEX international express surcharge

Remote area surcharge: Express shipments to remote areas are subject to a remote area surcharge of 4RMB/KG*fuel for the month, with a minimum charge of 80RMB*fuel for the month for one ticket. 1. Compensation standards

For express packages with few pieces, out of stock, or damage, such as if the weight, quantity, and number of packages received by the recipient do not match, or if the package is damaged, the recipient is required to report the loss or damage to the destination FEDEX within 24 hours after receiving the package. And provide our company with the local registration number and accident certificate of the recipient within 7 working days, so that we can file a claim with FEDEX for investigation. If verified by FEDEX, the maximum compensation is free shipping and the declared value of the package shall not exceed 100 USD. Partial damage or loss shall be compensated based on the actual lost quantity as a percentage of the total, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed USD 100.
