Precautions

1. ARAMEX Middle East Special Line mainly promotes services to countries in the Middle East. Countries are not listed in the quotation table and transportation services are not provided for the time being;

2. Middle East countries: If a single piece exceeds 100kg and the size exceeds 150*100*50cm, please consult separately; in other countries, if a single piece exceeds 30KG and the size exceeds 120*50*50cm, please consult separately;

3. If the declared value of goods sent to the UAE is greater than or equal to USD269, or the weight of a single invoice is greater than or equal to 50KG, 3 original stamped invoices are required before arrangement.

Restricted items

All goods that cannot be mailed or are restricted from being mailed according to international aviation regulations, such as dangerous goods such as drugs, powders, arms, liquids, flammable and explosive materials, and goods restricted from import by Middle Eastern countries. Customers please note that the Middle East dedicated line does not accept any batteries or products with batteries.

Customers who use the Middle East dedicated line to deliver goods can fill in the PO BOX email address, but need to provide the recipient's phone number. If the recipient's phone number cannot be provided, the detailed address and recipient's name or company name must be provided.
