1. European air freight timeliness

1. Fast speed

Hong Kong trains pass through the port every day, and on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, Hong Kong flies directly to Belgium and the United Kingdom (separate flights). After customs clearance, the goods can be transferred to the European processing center on the same day and delivered using UPS logistics services;

2. Channel lines

We have finished processing the package on the same day and have to catch the flight on the second or fourth day. Due to the fixed contract cooperation, the air freight space has been booked in advance during the peak season, so there is no need to worry about the problem of liquidation;

3. Full tracking

When the customer places an order, a tracking number can be generated. After the customs clearance of the package is completed, the tracking number can be tracked on our website;

4. Value-added services

Can provide additional package insurance, package transfer to other overseas warehouses in Europe, commercial addresses, and other value-added services;

5. Special goods

2. Precautions

1. After foreign customs declaration, if the goods are inspected or detained, the customs will not disclose the goods information and reasons for inspection or detention to any third party (other than the consignee and customs declarer). It is very important to choose a professional customs broker;

2. Do not lower the declared value to achieve the purpose of saving tariffs, because once the customs price fails to pass the inspection abroad, the inspection costs are huge and the miscellaneous expenses such as site rent and container rent are also very high. The gain outweighs the gain and affects the exporter's credit. Record;

3. Do not export imitation brands and counterfeit products. Foreign countries have very strict intellectual property inspections. Once the goods are inspected, the goods will be confiscated and the credit record will be seriously affected. Every ticket must be inspected for a period of time, which is very expensive.

3. Operation process

1. The seller prepares the goods, provides packing lists, invoices and confirms the delivery time and transportation method;

2. The seller delivers the goods to our warehouse or We arrange a special car to pick up the goods;

3. We inspect the goods, check packaging, prepare customs declaration documents, and book space;

4. Customs declaration, customs clearance and delivery of goods to the airport;

5. When the goods leave China, inform the customer of the tracking number;

6. When the goods arrive at the destination airportwe arrange customs clearance;

7. Make an appointment for warehouse delivery time;

8. Deliver the goods to the Amazon warehouse safely and on time according to the scheduled delivery time.

4. FBA precautions

1. Since Amazon warehouse has strict requirements on cartons, it is recommended that customers use sturdy cartons to package products;

2. Each box of goods should be affixed with 2 FBA labels (it is recommended to affix it to the upper left corner of both sides of the carton), and each product should be affixed with a MADE IN CHINA label;

3. Due to transportation and UPS delivery requirements, the actual weight of each box of products cannot exceed 30KG. If it exceeds 30KG, an additional 40RMB/piece will be charged for each box, but each piece cannot exceed 50KG;

4. Size requirements: The longest side of the goods cannot exceed 170CM. If the sum of one length, two width and two height exceeds 330CM, an additional charge of 388/piece will be required;

5. Products with built-in batteries must be well insulated and packaged (and indicate charged products on the packing list and invoice to avoid affecting boarding on the plane and incurring unnecessary additional costs);

6. The volume weight calculation method is: length CM X width CM X height CM/6000 = volume weight (KG);

7. To ship the goods, you need to provide the following information: invoice and packing list, cargo number (Shipment ID) and Amazon backend reference number (Reference ID);
